The Norman was built in 1924. For it’s time it was the very pinnacle of luxury and fashion in Denver apartment living. Today, it’s still an extremely fashionable address surrounded by Cherry Creek, Washington Park and the Denver Country Club.
Aside from it’s super location The Norman has historic importance. Placed on the National Historic Register in 1983 it’s an excellent example of Colonial Revival Architecture coupled with Spanish Revival Architecture. It was designed and built by Denver Architect William Norman Bowman and thus the name The Norman.
307 Norm is 988 square feet of open living space with huge windows that looks out onto the buildings beautiful courtyard. It feels like a New York Style Condo with a spacious foyer, classically proportioned living room, formal dining room, crown molding and hardwood floors.
